The hardest part about starting up is starting out.  Start Up Saturday has been organised to get you motivated and full of knowledge so you can make a giant leap towards creating your business.

It doesn’t matter what your idea is or what your circumstances are, this is a chance to turn your ideas into reality – no matter how big or small.

The day is all about getting you from idea to implementation.  You will cover all the essentials of business planning, where to begin, what research you need to do and how to identify the actions you need to take.

You will be introduced to Business Model Canvas – a visual, one page Business Plan that you will complete on the day and take away to use as your action plan going forward.  You will be shown how to create a cash flow forecast and why this is an important tool for assessing your businesses viability and success.
