Who is leading this workshop?

Tom Bernard has 9 years experience and expertise in handling a wide range of employment matters from wage and holiday pay claims to Unfair Dismissal claims to discrimination, TUPE and whistle blowing matters – acting for both individuals and businesses. Tom deals with all employment issues from general advice, grievances and appeals to Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal cases. Tom currently works for Howells Solicitors as a Senior Solicitor in their employment department.
