ITI Electrical Services, a new electrical installation, maintenance and contracting business, has launched as a sister company to ITI Network Services after a merger was concluded between established firms RU Safe and Buzz Projects.
The four existing employees and 16 subcontractors of Buzz Projects will all be employed by the new firm – which intends to grow and create further new jobs in 2017.
The business is part of the Templand Group and is a sister company to ITI Network Services, an expanding wireless and telecoms business which works with multinational clients and has an extensive UK and European client base.
Jason Denmark, chief executive of The Templand Group and managing director of ITI Network Services, said,
“When Steve Clarke and I created the Templand Group in 2016 to lead a management buyout of ITI Network Services, we stated a clear ambition to expand the business through acquisitions and organic growth.
