Businesses who have received expert start-up support through the Launchpad programme can put themselves forward for a Launchpad award, as the programme looks to celebrate the aspiring entrepreneurs and brilliant businesses that it has helped so far.
Applications for the following categories are now open:
- Start-up Business of the Year
- Rising Star Business of the Year
- Growth Business of the Year
- Young Entrepreneur of the Year
- Entrepreneur of the Year
- Aspiring Entrepreneur of the Year
- Inspiring Achiever
- Made in the Sheffield City Region
The winners will be announced at the first Launchpad awards ceremony, which takes place on Friday 26 January in Sheffield.
The winner of a ninth, and final, award for Launchpad Champion 2018 will be selected from the winners of the previous eight awards and determined by an audience vote on the night.
The deadline for businesses to submit their application is midnight on Friday 5 January 2018.
Launchpad, an ERDF-funded programme, is a free business support programme delivered across the Sheffield City Region. It brings together a wide range of start-up services to help entrepreneurs set up and run successful businesses.
