WEEK 1 – 2 DAY WORKSHOP (6th and 7th June 2018)

This intensive 2-day workshop led by an experienced business trainer will teach you the nuts and bolts of starting and running a successful business. Included in the workshop: the skills needed to run a business, the importance of Business Planning, how to market your business, understanding opportunities and risks and how to manage money in a business.

WEEK 2 – 1 DAY BUSINESS PLAN (12th June2018)

It’s time to focus in on the Business Plan, the all-important ‘road map’ for your business. If you are looking to raise money through loans, investment or grants then you’ll need a business plan. If not, it’s simple: businesses with a clear, well thought out Business Plan survive and grow better than those without.

In this interactive full-day session you’ll learn the component parts of the Business Plan. You will learn how to ask yourself the right questions, the importance of comprehensive market research, how to calculate your start-up costs and how to develop realistic financial projections.

You will also learn about the additional support that NBV can provide once you are up and running including business advice, business workshops, networking, office facilities and much more.
