**Designed especially for founders of technology businesses that are in pre-start or very early development stages**

Many tech founders find they need to access to early stage external finance, in order to continue making progress with their business.

In this workshop, you will focus specifically on the different types of financial instrument – debt, equity, crowd-funding and grant funding – that tech founders may be able to tap into.

Business Sheffield’s Tech Scale-up Advisor has helped dozens of business raise investment and will give you an overview of these different funding sources, help you understand their appropriateness, and gain insight into how to attract them.

This workshop can be attended as a standalone session, or as the final workshop in a series of four, on topics relating to growing a tech business.
