What to expect on the day:

9:45am Arrivals & Registration

This session is all about getting you from idea to implementation. We will cover all the essentials of business planning – where to begin, what research you need to do and how to identify the actions you need to take!

We will introduce you to Business Model Canvas – a visual, one page Business Plan that you will complete on the day and take away to use as your action plan going forward. We will show you how to create a cash flow forecast & why this is an important tool for assessing your businesses viability & success.
