In February 2020 Citrix conducted research to explore the relationship between the employee experience, engagement and productivity prior to the outbreak of the virus. The majority of responses revealed that most employees’ perception of potential to improve productivity was very different to their managers. The pandemic will permanently change employees’ expectations of how they work.
