The Sheffield College are hosting a series of workshops to introduce you, the employer, to the world of mentoring an Apprentice to ensure you both get the most out of the training by way of development and experience.

The workshop will provide a basic understanding of the role of a mentor and the skills needed to effectively support apprentices in the workplace, and will help you to;
