His career history has primarily followed a commercial path with general management of business units involved in several of those roles too. A history in sales, marketing, key account management including leading teams of between 5 and 50 people in an international environment, his last role was Sales Director EMEA at Bridon International Ltd in Doncaster. As part of that role, he managed the Bridon Middle East business and the Bridon Site Services business unit. Team development including mentoring, training and developing individuals was a key part of that role. Within Bridon and Tata Steel before, he was involved in or leading change programmes with companies such as McKinsey & Co, Ernst & Young, Bain & Co etc. As a business coach and ActionCOACH franchisee, he works with local SME’s to help the business owner take control of their business by building plans and goals, generating sales and improving profitability to enable them to get their business to where they want it to go quickly and without losing touch with their personal goals and lives outside the business.” – Mentor Mark Perry
