Speaker Bio:
Mark Smith who is delivering this session runs Make Your Mark UK, a training and consultancy business aimed at helping businesses and charities to be better. Mark has previously worked at Doncaster Chamber as Head of Membership and Business Services and has held senior management roles in the third sector. He is a qualified trainer and currently Deputy National President for the Junior Chamber International (JCI) in the UK.
