Speakers:

Jack Peters, Alibaba

Jack Peters joined Alibaba as Business Development Director in 2016. He is responsible for overseeing growth in the UK, Benelux and Nordics regions, working with companies to develop digital capacity and export globally.  He has a wide and extensive background in retailing. Before he joined Alibaba, Jack worked in senior director roles at both privately owned companies like Aldi and Blokker, as well as large-listed companies such as Metro.

Though his expertise is primarily in business development, Jack has broad experience across other areas of business, ranging from strategy to operations.

David Dooley, World First

David Dooley joined WorldFirst in 2021 and heads up strategic development for the business across the North West and Yorkshire. David has over 10 years’ experience across payments and foreign exchange working for the likes of Barclaycard, Verifone and Western Union within the UK and also in the Middle East.

David’s expertise lies in foreign exchange, risk management and eCommerce and he has an excellent track record in supporting clients with a risk mitigation strategies, support in FX markets and enabling business to grow internationally accessing new territories.

Karen Mosley, KranLee Logistics

Karen Mosley is a director of KranLee Logistics Limited based in Chesterfield assisting clients with all worldwide logistics requirements and customs matters.  Karen has over 25 years’ experience in International Trade both at exporter and importer level.  Karen prides herself on sharing knowledge and providing training to others to assist effective, proven administration procedures within business engaged in international trade.
