Event Venue and Description: Singapore

Funded by Innovate UK and delivered by Enterprise Europe Network, this programme will comprise of innovative SMEs involved in next generation services, that are looking to develop strong international partnerships for future collaboration and commercialisation in Singapore.

Successful applicants will have the opportunity to showcase their technologies at Singapore Fintech Festival & SWITCH, learn best practice about doing business in Singapore and connect with potential collaborators through pre-matched one to one meetings.

Business representatives will work with a designated account manager and adviser to support a structured programme encompassing three main phases –

• Getting ready for the market – Pre-visit and in-country briefings providing market information, advice on how to do business in Singapore, training on how to improve your pitch and articulate your value proposition and how to protect your IP
• Visiting the market – Exclusive access to the Singaporean digital economy and next generation services sectors and the opportunity to meet key companies and research organisations.  Targeted, pre-arranged meetings at organised matchmaking events
• Exploiting the opportunity – Utilising a tailored Innovate to Succeed approach, comprising one to one support from a specialist Innovation/Internationalisation adviser to follow up and take advantage of the opportunities identified

This mission is looking to explore potential opportunities for the UK (and Next Generation Services ISCF challenge) to learn from the Singapore model and benefit from cooperation.
