Financial Wellbeing across South Yorkshire

The cost of living has been in sharp focus with higher energy bills, stagnant wages and tax rises likely to hit living standards. The cost of living will place a heavier financial burden on many employees and their households, impacting their health and wellbeing.

Financial wellbeing has been rising up the employer agenda in recent years,  since financial worries can stop employees performing at their best.  The COVID-19 crisis and now with the increase to the cost of living has placed extra pressure on employees’ finances. Helping employees to manage their money should form part of a suite of organisations’ wellbeing services, designed to ensure that employees remain healthy and productive now and well into the future, building on their resilience to cope under the most challenging of circumstances.

Join Jenny Wright from the Money and Pensions Service to hear about the importance of financial wellbeing and learn what free, impartial support and guidance is out there for employers and individuals should you need it.
