Hydrogen is a major green growth opportunity area for the Midlands and every region and nation of the UK. The UK Government has set an ambition to produce 10GW of low carbon hydrogen by 2030. On top of this, the UK Government is pulling together policy frameworks to optimise the future distribution, storage and end-use technology opportunities for hydrogen.

Midlands Engine in collaboration with the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) is hosting this webinar for UK businesses, universities, local authorities and other parties with an interest in hydrogen. The webinar will involve presentations on key H2 policy focus areas by BEIS civil servants including the H2 Business Model, H2 Transport and Storage Framework and H2 Blending. There will also be an opportunity for questions at the end.
