COVID-19 – Looking after Staff

This is a virtual lunchbreak and the chance to learn about protecting and supporting your business during the Covid-19 Crisis and the various government schemes and initiatives that are available to small businesses and their employees.

This webinar will talk about looking after staff, but the hosts also want to hear about your experiences.

They will be looking at keeping in touch with the staff you have furloughed and how to keep them motivated and in touch with what is happening, and what you can and can’t ask them to do whilst on furlough.

They will also be looking at how to manage remote workers and ensure they have the support and equipment they need to work from home.

Then there are those who are still working as normal within the social distancing restrictions and how to care for them and ensure their safety and wellbeing.

Mental health is also a big challenge for all of us at the moment, they will be sharing with you some tips and techniques for breathing and creativity that they have found really useful but they still also want to hear from you:

  • What is and isn’t working for you?
  • What are the challenges you are facing with regards to staff?

They are also going to be advising on the wider range of support available and how you can protect your business going forward.
