This training programme includes three workshops over three weeks.  The programme is aimed at leaders who want to develop coaching as a leadership skill.  You will leave each session with the necessary skills which allow you to begin your coaching journey and practice.  The programme includes a number of key strategies and a series of video-clips to support your continued development.
