Carrying out non-medical occupational health assessments for employers who are struggling to return an employee to work after a period of sickness absence. The reports are practical and solution based on an interview with your employee.
Carrying out stress audits for employers. They use the HSE stress management standards to survey your employees and produce a report that highlights the issues raised by your employees and provides advice and guidance on how to reduce stress in your organisation.
