A support programme designed to increase the innovation management capacity of a business, this is delivered by an innovation specialist trained through the European Innovation Academy. The scheme provides between two to nine days of support time, including both direct and indirect support. The programme starts and finishes with a company profile and is delivered in modules which are tailored for every company.
