Using Lean Techniques to Increase Efficiency Workshop

Lean Six Sigma is a process improvement methodology which aims to streamline processes while satisfying customer demands. It helps to reduce cost and the time required to manufacture and it can increase quality and customer satisfaction. This is an opportunity for manufacturing businesses to improve productivity and increase profitability.

The workshop will provide insights into lean tools and techniques which can improve the flow of products through your facilities. Examples of how lean has been applied, impacting on business operations and increasing efficiency will be provided. There will be the opportunity to explore the challenges and how you can overcome barriers to implementation within your business. Using tools like Value Stream Mapping can maximise on return on investment while minimising the effort involved in changing your processes.
