Join us for our Women in Business event, where four local business women will take to the floor to discuss well-being in the workplace, how this can be achieved and even a few hints and tips to make your workplace a better place for you.

Jane McNiece
Jane McNeice is founder of Mind Matters, a mental health training company based in South Yorkshire which Jane set-up in 2015. Mind Matters works both nationally and internationally to offer a range of online and face-to-face mental health training courses including Mental Health First Aid, suicide intervention training including SafeTALK and ASIST, resilience training, and training for managers in mental health. Jane’s company delivers award winning evidence based and accredited programmes and works with industry leading organisations to deliver excellence in mental health literacy. Clients include aviation, rail industry, Government departments, charities, schools (state and international), NHS, local authority, housing organisations, and many others. Following a life changing diagnosis in June 2021, Jane has recently embarked on her first novel and is soon to become an independent author, spearheading a campaign to see more ‘lost girls’ found, and to blend what we know about mental health with neurodiversity in order to benefit workplaces and individuals. Deborah Jenkins
Deborah Jenkins is a Clinical Aromatherapist and Holistic Therapist. She is fully insured with Balens and a professional member of Complementary Therapists Association. She has a treatment room in Rossington, Doncaster and offers aromatherapy,  reflexology, facials and many kinds of massage. Deborah is passionate about holistic health and well-being and likes to treat the whole person. Deborah specializes in treating the symptoms of fibromyalgia and am currently working on her Master’s thesis in the subject. She wants to see women living their best life free from pain and illness as much as possible!

Rachel Hailstone
Rachel Hailstone has been a Partner / Director at HSR Law for three years since her qualification as a solicitor, at the firm, in 2014.  Rachel specialises in all areas of Residential Conveyancing.
