What Interventions can Managers take to Increase Levels of Engagement?

Event Venue and Description: Electric Works, Sheffield, S1 2BJ

This workshop will reveal 4 strands of interventions that managers can take to enhance individual’s engagement, motivation and wellbeing in the workplace. Looking at these themes pragmatically we will also focus on how and when these interventions can be used and applied.
Peter and Neil Loadman from Evolved Workplace will be joined by Caroline Knight, doctoral researcher from the Institute of Work Psychology at The University of Sheffield. Caroline’s research has focused on these interventions in the workplace.

This workshop is for all who have an interest in employee engagement in the workplace : business owners, entrepreneurs, operational and people managers, HR and L&D professionals, coaches and consultants. The workshop will be an interactive format drawing on the wealth of real life experiences we know we will have in the room. By the end of the session you come away with an understanding of some of the practical steps you can take to improve employee engagement in the workplace.

Given the variety of backgrounds and people we expect to attend the workshop this is also an excellent opportunity to network.
