The impact of coronavirus (Covid-19) is causing uncertainty for everyone and presenting new challenges on an almost daily basis. For businesses and their employees, financial resilience and staff welfare are important considerations but it can be difficult to know where to start with so many pressing issues competing for attention.

Colleagues who are worried about money and debt are likely to find it affects their work and wellbeing. Luckily there are simple yet practical ways that you can support them in both the short and longer term, at little or no cost to your business.

This webinar will offer practical guidance to help employers, large or small, to support their staff’s financial health during and beyond the Covid-19 crisis. There’ll also be opportunities to share your experiences, and the challenges and solutions you might have found.

You may not instantly recognise that you’re helping staff to cut their costs. But if you’ve introduced measures that save them money, such as staff rewards, discounts, subsidies or incentives, there’s a good chance that you are.
