The first session is all about Business Planning and will cover the following areas:

• Getting Started – This day is all about getting you from idea to implementation.  The essentials of business planning will be covered, including where to begin, what research you need to do and how to identify the actions you need to take
• Learn – You will be introduced to Business Model Canvas – a visual on page Business Plan that you will complete on the day and take away to use as your action plan going forward.  You will be shown how to create a cash flow forecast and why this is an important tool for assessing your businesses viability and success
• Connect – You will be surrounded by interesting and passionate people that will inspire you
