This all day virtual workshop will introduce you to basic tools and techniques used in research-led, user-centric design for digital services. The session will offer a ‘learn by doing’ approach where you will work on a fictional project from start to finish. You’ll be introduced to the client and project brief, plan and analyse user research and ultimately design a solution that will make the client and users happy. This workshop is ideal for people who are new to research and design and want to get a high level overview of what it might be like to work on a project within the digital sector.
