This FREE event will invite you as an existing or aspiring Mentor or Mentee to discover the world of Launchpad Mentoring whilst creating invaluable business contacts from around the Sheffield City Region and beyond!

The evening will offer the chance to hear from celebrity VIP guest ex England International Football Star turned successful Business man Danny Mills*, explore a live case study, learn more about the Launchpad programme, enjoy exciting live entertainment from Anastasia Walker of Bang Bang Romeo and delicious complementary food all housed in an urban warehouse and home to some of the city’s most creative artists.

During the event, new businesses and Mentees will have the chance to find out more about Launchpad Mentoring and pledge to become Mentors/Mentees at our special ‘Pledge Station’.

* Danny Mills spent the majority of his career playing for Leeds and Manchester City and he is now a regular pundit on the BBC and for BT Sport. While a player he built and maintained a residential property portfolio and is the co-founder of a private equity company.  Danny will speak about his dramatic change of direction from football to business; how he went about it, his dedication to learn, and the parallels between his career change, and the change businesses often need to embrace to succeed.e

Parking:  There is ample parking situated close to the venue.
Public Transport:  The Cathedral Tram stop is a 5-10 min walk from the event or alternatively the city has a good range of taxis and private hire vehicles.
