Our speaker is Tim Elgar of Gradconsult on the topic of The Future of Work.
Tim has a diverse range of experience across sectors. Prior to Gradconsult, he was part of the Senior Leadership team for Twinkl – a rapid growth digital business in Sheffield- where he led on all aspects of organisational culture, leadership development and strategic engagement. Tim is also currently Chair of trustees of award-winning Anti-human trafficking charity The Snowdrop Project and an active council member for the Sheffield Chamber of Commerce. With experience in education, digital, governance and the third sector, he is a qualified coach and experienced in change management and organisational development.
