New Business Opportunity – Preparing to Tender to the Public Sector

This interactive online workshop is perfect for organisations new to public sector tendering and will take you through the process of preparing your business to become ‘tender ready’ and bidding for new contracts.

The 1 hour workshop will be a combination of a 45 minute presentation of key information followed by a 15 minute Q&A session

The session will cover:

  • Explanation of public sector tendering, the opportunities and challenges
  • Tendering thresholds, different types of tendering (e.g. framework, restrictive, open etc) and procurement rules
  • How to be tender ready, consideration of supplier requirements and the policies, accreditation, finance information, insurances and case studies needed to apply.

As part of the workshop attendees will undertake a Tender Ready Review to identify the information they need to be tender ready and will develop their own action plan for implementation. They will also take away a free Tender Ready Guide containing additional information and examples of policies which they will be able to adapt for their own organisation.
