In this workshop you will explore how to go about raising the career aspirations of young people across Doncaster.  Looking at creating a stronger connection between those in education and their future employers.  Developing the confidence to engage in ‘meaningful’ conversations with young people and supporting them in their development of ‘healthy habits’ for career success.  This workshop will provide you with tips and tricks on how to engage with young people, in particular when delivering careers talks in schools, hosting industry visits and providing work experience and supported internships.

Learn about your future workforce, what is their reference point for career success, how do they see the work environment and what do they want from it.  You will gain the insight and skills on how to deliver careers talks, engage with young people, inspire and motivate the next generation.
