**Please note this workshop is for businesses who have been trading for under two years, or people who are looking to become self-employed in the Doncaster area**

This day will outline the structure of making a successful call, including all the things that should be considered before making the call, how to overcome objections and how to close. Much ground will be covered during this day, and the delegate will take away with them a “tool box” of methods and techniques that they can adapt to their own personality and offer in order to improve their chances of success in every call they make.
