This workshop is for any organisation, from any industry, sector or size, that is curious about either Quality or ISO 9001, who wants to understand how a ‘Quality’ mindset can help a business to grow, or already has plans to implement it.

This workshop will provide an introduction to Quality, and what that actually means in plain English, and how it can benefit an organisation.  It also covers ISO 9001, which is an internationally recognised business accreditation, and how this can be achieved for a business.

Attendees will be asked to participate during the workshop, and will take away concrete actions which will be worked on during the session, and can be implemented in a business regardless of whether it wants to certify ISO 9001 or not.

Throughout the session the following topics will be covered:

• What Quality actually means, and the benefits for an organisation
• What Quality Plans and ISO 9001 are, and why a business might choose to certify against the standard and an explanation of the costs involved
• The Three Fundamental Concepts at the heart of Quality and ISO 9001
• Collaborative exercises on the Three Concepts for each participant to start understanding Quality in terms of an organisation
• Take-away Quality Plans, started during the workshop, for each attendee to start applying Quality to an organisation and begin the path to satisfying more customers
