Incoterms® rules are an internationally recognised set of three letter acronyms which define the risks and responsibilities of buyers and sellers for the movement of goods around the globe.

They should be a key part of trade negotiations but who is responsible for agreeing these terms and how well do they understand them? Have you considered the impact of the revision of the rules which was launched in January? Have you assessed whether you need to revise the terms you currently use with EU customers ready for when the transition period ends – and why this may be so important?

This webinar will take a look at the Incoterms® 2020 rules: their history and purpose; and how they should be used in international trade. Exploring contracts and cost implications, we will examine key terminology and some of the implications of using the wrong terms.
