How to Deliver a Successful and High-Quality Apprenticeship Programme
Event Venue and Description – City & Guilds, 4 Red Hall Court, Morden, Wakefield
This event, hosted by City & Guilds, will provide best practice examples of how to deliver a high-quality apprenticeship programme that supports a successful outcome for you and your apprentice and helps you prepare for a positive Ofsted inspection.
Objectives:
You will go away with a sound understanding of best practice requirements for induction, initial assessment and recognition of prior learning from an auditor’s standpoint. You will look at how to deliver the main learning and skills content of the apprenticeship effectively and the resources that are available to support you with this to ensure your apprentice is fully informed and ready for a successful end point assessment. As part of this you will have the opportunity to review the new Ofsted Education Inspection Framework (EIF) requirements.
