The 12-week executive development course is designed to support SMEs to boost their business performance and growth potential. The course is 90 government funded so businesses only pay £750 for a 50-hour course delivered by highly experienced entrepreneurs and industry experts. The course has been designed to allow participants to complete it alongside full-time work. Small business leaders will develop their strategic skills to increase their business’s long-term productivity, resilience and capacity to innovate.
The curriculum has been designed with support from industry, using real world case studies and will cover key areas of leadership including:

- Growing national and international markets
- Leading for high performance
- Building vision and brand
- Adopting digital technology
- Financial management
At the end of the course, you will have developed a growth plan for your organisation to help achieve your long-term vision and strategic goals.
