This full day practical course will introduce you to the world of export documentation – what documents do you need to use and why. Our expert trainer will take you through the processes involved within export documentation, the do’s and dont’s, information sources available to you and discuss the legal implications involved, ensuring that you export safely within the law and in a cost effective way.

Simulated documents are used to help demonstrate their meaning and to highlight the importance of the content, terminology and the circumstances within which they are used. You will study all the key documents – Certificates of Origin, EUR1′s, ATR’s, plus other documents such packing lists and commercial invoices, looking at how to fill them in.

This course will guide you through how to deal with freight forwarders and looks at the proof needed to back up your documents for example the use of Bills of Lading and Air Waybills when applying for your export documentation.
