Engaging Employees for Organisational Effectiveness

Event Venue and Description: Electric Works, Sheffield, S1 2BJ

In this workshop we will explore why employee engagement is crucial to organisational effectiveness and therefore should have equal importance to other business priorities, such as cost control, sales volumes, marketing spend etc.
Employee engagement is not the domain of the HR team, it is a business problem and so this event is targeted for all who have a stake in the performance of their business. Business owners, entrepreneurs, HR professionals, Financial Controllers and Operational Managers.
The workshop will explore how employee engagement impacts the performance of the organisation. It will also consider how an organisation’s engagement activities can be measured and monitored over time. It will also introduce the DNA of an Evolved Workplace – the framework through which organisations can structure their engagement activities.

This free event is part of the www.madefestival.com fringe programme and is part of 2 whole days of free seminars being hosted by Evolved Workplace at the state of the art Electric Works co-working facility.
