This session will cover some of the strategic implications of Covid-19, why planning should be done now, and guide you through a process for planning effectively in a business context.
The session will also review planning tools and some inexpensive software which can help you write simple or more detailed plans, as well as organise and monitor the progress of your plan when it is underway.
