As part of the Doncaster Skills Academy, the Train the Trainer programme is recommended for the business representative who delivers employability and enterprise materials to young people in schools to help bridge the gap between education and employment.

The aim of the coaching is to provide businesses with useful information and help them to interact with students keeping them focussed and inevitably making the delivery session more engaging.

Businesses wishing to work with the Doncaster Skills Academy and deliver employability sessions in schools are recommended to attend.

This workshop will be delivered by Doncaster Chamber Business & Education Officer, Rachael McEwan. Rachael has over 10 years experience in Learning and Development. She is a qualified trainer and Myers Brigg Practitioner. She has 20+ years experience of working in the public sector/MOD, on Third Sector contracts and for the Chamber. Rachael is passionate about supporting young people making the transition from education into work.
