Additive Manufacturing (AM) is on a journey of discovery as it assesses its potential and comes up against being accepted as an approved process.

The way designers, engineers and regulatory authorities think has to change so this new technology can be accepted as another process in a designer’s tool kit.

During this session, experts from the Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre (AMRC) will discuss where the new technology is being applied and where opportunities could arise for businesses through engaging with the AMRC.

The event is part of the AMRC’s Digital Meet Manufacturing (DMM) campaign and will be hosted by the Senior Project Manager at Medical AMRC, Marcus Crossley.
