More than that though, it is the ability to see the world from the customers’ point of view and to sell to them in the way that they want to be sold to. Sales people have to sell to a variety of personality types and the better we are at adapting to those personalities the better the closing success rate is. The combination of traditional selling techniques with the art of influence and the practical nature of the course enables participants to reflect and evaluate on their success in the work place and to develop new and tested strategies that work. All sessions are taught through a mixture of activity and learning to suit all learning styles and achieve maximum benefit for the learner.
