Launchpad Barnsley introduce their inspiring business engagement talks in association with the Barnsley Economic Partnership.

Kicking these off will be Sir Tim Smit, the man behind the remarkable Eden Project.  The Eden Project made £1billion for the local economy in Cornwall.  Since its opening in 2001, over 20 million people have come to see a once sterile pit, turned into a cradle of life.

Attend this inspiring free event in Barnsley, where businesses are invited to connect and be inspired by Sir Tim to push the boundaries of what is possible in Barnsley.  There will also be a chance to network after the talk.

This event will be designed to fuel imagination and inspiration for businesses in Barnsley, encouraging entrepreneurship and enterprise.  With representatives of Launchpad Barnsley, the Barnsley and Rotherham Chamber of Commerce and Enterprising Barnsley in attendance.

Following a Q & A session with Sir Tim, the audience will be encourage to get actively involved in networking after the event, aimed at connecting business.  It is an opportunity for Barnsley businesses to collaborate with a number of business minds in the room, to help solve problems and make new relationships.
