It can be natural to feel anxiety and concern at a ‘new normal’ for the whole world. Many will be working remotely for the first time, and when separated from your usual environment, interaction with colleagues can become functional and surface level. This session explores how to thrive and stay connected.

Guided by Jessie Pavelka and The Four Elements; Eat, Sweat, Think and Connect, attendees will leave with a plethora of ways they can stay connected to their wellbeing. This session will include a short, guided meditation, to focus on the positive ways to stay in control and focused.
