About the facilitator

The workshop will be run by Kristie Rodgers. Kristie has lived, worked and volunteered across communities in South Yorkshire for over five years. With experience in designing, delivering and improving provision for young people living in the most deprived communities, she has extensive knowledge of charity sector impact reporting. She uses digital automation of impact reporting so that she can spend more time improving provision.

Who’s it for?

The programme is available for SMEs across Sheffield, Barnsley, Doncaster, and Rotherham, as well as Chesterfield, North-East Derbyshire, Derbyshire Dales, Bolsover, and Bassetlaw.

What will I leave with?

– Digital forms to help you move away from paper

– Readiness to set up automated reports for you and your team

– A plan of action based on your organisations to work one to one with our digital and impact team to automate your reporting process

This workshop will allow time for everyone to become familiar with AirTable. AirTable is a spreadsheet software that can be understood by the entire team. You’ll gain an overview of how you can use AirTable to support your business processes.

While at the workshop, you’ll learn about our Digital Innovation for Growth Programme – free 12 hours of access to our prototyping workspace in the MakerLab, and the opportunity to work with Sheffield Hallam University’s academic experts.

Our building is fully accessible, and lunch will be provided. Pay and Display parking is available on-site at the County Way Car Park. Any questions about materials please contact DMC@barnsley.gov.uk.
