This event will cover the considerable opportunities available to UK businesses through the Access India Programme (AIP). The programme is a flagship initiative of the High Commission of India in London and has been formed to encourage and assist UK SMEs to access the Indian market.

The first of its kind for supporting UK businesses, the AIP seeks to identify high-potential UK SME companies and assists them in establishing themselves in India. For these companies, the programme will provide a detailed programme of activity, mentoring, networking opportunities and market entry support services – all without charge.

The High Commission of India in London is supported by UK India Business Council as the official Knowledge Partner for the programme.

Sheffield City Region is a strong supporter of the AIP and, as part of the commitment to developing trade and investment opportunities in India, wish to extend the invite to local SMEs to hear about the support that is available to successfully enter this incredible market of opportunity.
