In 2020 the coronavirus pandemic had a sudden and significant impact on the ways in which we work. Nationally, there are few businesses that have not in some capacity had to rapidly adjust their operating models. For most, it has been a complete upheaval of the norm and, understandably, there are many asking, ‘where do we go from here?’

This event will discuss how businesses have adapted, and what the future might hold for working practices. It will consider how remote management has impacted employer/employee relations, how homeworking has given us an opportunity to address traditional gender roles and with working patterns upended, whether we will see an end to the tradition of 9 to 5 working.

This event will be delivered digitally via zoom and there will be the opportunity for delegates to ask questions.
