Ever wondered if being in business could be easier? Do you feel like you’re on a business roller coaster? Would you like to know which behaviours are having a negative impact in and on your business, both yours and your team’s?

In this interactive Masterclass you will learn how to recognise unhelpful habits and negative behaviours and the impact they may be having on your business and you. You will learn how to change behaviours, how to recognise the triggers and how to lead and manage your team to do the same.
You will also take away some top tips on how to remain positive, retain talent and have a happy workforce even in challenging times and understand how that can improve the bottom line in every business.

This Masterclass will cover:

  • an introduction to Lisa & her methodology
  • simple and effective coaching models for use personally and professionally
  • real life examples of common self sabotage behaviours
  • an understanding of why you do the things you do and how you can begin to change them
  • how to manage challenging behaviour in the work place and why its important to change it

Who is leading it?

Lisa Walker is a Master Practitioner of NLP and Master Coach.

She has been in business for 6+ years and understands all too well the challenges and successes associated with being a business owner.

She has a background in HR, Finance and Admin and has a diverse list of companies and industry sectors that she has worked in.

As a successful coach she has worked with over 120 people on a one to one basis and has also had the pleasure of positively affecting many more at her numerous workshops across the region.

Lisa is passionate about helping people become the very best version of themselves both professionally and personally.

This Masterclass is for all growing SMEs within the Sheffield City Region, as long as the below eligibility criteria is met.

Business owners, senior managers and team leaders would all benefit from this masterclass.

It’s for anyone looking to develop themselves, team or business, whether it’s their first foray into personal development or if they are already familiar with personal growth and business impact.

A/ The venue has a pay and display car park and is across the street from Barnsley Train Station

Q/ I would like to bring a colleague, is this ok?

A/ No, only one attendee per company is permitted.

A/ Hot and cold drinks will be provided

Eligibility

Only one registration per business via Eventbrite will be confirmed. If additional people from your business would like to attend, they can be added to a waiting list by emailing enhancementproject@sheffieldcityregion.org.uk with the business name, name of additional attendee and contact telephone number. If this Masterclass isn’t fully subscribed upon the closure of registrations, we will contact you to offer the additional place. The waiting list will be prioritised on a first come first served basis. Businesses that register more than one attendee via Eventbrite will be contacted and asked to nominate one person to attend.

This Masterclass is open to small and medium-sized enterprises based in the Sheffield City Region. If you are unsure whether you fall into this region you can use the postcode checker.

A part of your business must be based in one of the following districts: Barnsley, Bassetlaw, Bolsover, Chesterfield, Derbyshire Dales, Doncaster, North East Derbyshire. Rotherham or Sheffield.

Please note that if your firm that is part of a larger Group you may need to include staff headcount, turnover, balance sheet data for the Group too, to ascertain whether it is eligible.

We are pleased to be able to provide this masterclass free of charge due to funding from the European Regional Development Fund. There are a number of eligibility criteria for attendees which we will check using the online registration questions and in a phone call to every attendee prior to the event.
