We have worked with a wide range of clients within the automotive, aerospace, electrical, white goods, healthcare and food industries in the UK, Europe, Asia and America Our approach is to align an organisation‚ activities relating to people, process and technology more closely with its business strategy and vision. We focus on delivering bottom line benefits in Quality, Cost and Delivery performance to improve our client‚ competitiveness in the market place. Cash flow can be a major issue for many businesses; this can be the result of bottlenecks or issues within the business. Our philosophy focusses on the removal of wasteful activities reducing product or service lead times, resulting in reduced inventory levels and improved cash flow.
