Set-up in 2013 by Joada Allen-Booth, the company was working with six self-employed freelancers.
The company had ambitions to change their staffing model by employing more members of staff, increase sales revenue and to diversify their client base.
However, they were struggling to achieve these aims as so much time was spent editing videos and doing the day-to-day running of the business, rather than developing a clear strategy for business growth.
In order to achieve their aim, working with an advisor from the Sheffield City Region Growth Hub, they dedicated more time to growing the business, allocated a set budget towards marketing and outlined a clear plan for the company to work towards.

Thanks to advice received from the Growth Hub, the company now employs a further six members of staff on permanent contracts and has since been chosen as a supplier for three TV advertising organisations.
