Established in 2004, Oasis Studios is a multidisciplinary studio, providing architectural, urban design and planning services to a wide range of clients nationwide.
The company turned to the Growth Hub Enhancement Project after rapid growth left them running at full capacity, whilst there was still an appetite for further growth.
By working with Antony Davies – one of the team of dedicated Business Growth Specialists – Managing Director Paul Deakin was able to identify the need to review the organisation and put in place structures which will support with the ongoing growth.
Oasis Studios were provided with a grant of £3,000 towards 50 percent of the costs of bringing in a strategic coaching and consultancy company to assist with the development of new management structures and strategy.
Paul is excited by the opportunity for a consultant to help him and his senior team future-proof the business, whilst freeing up more of their time to focus on strategy and business development.
Expansion plans are already being developed, and further Growth Hub support has seen Oasis Studios referred to funding streams to support investment in new technologies and the extension of their existing premises in Eckington.
Paul said: “We very much appreciate the support that we’ve received from the Sheffield City Region Growth Hub Enhancement Project. It has made the whole process of bringing in a consultant very easy, which has allowed us to concentrate on our business.
“The fact that they have helped us to identify other sources of funding for our expansion plans has been a great bonus.”
